脱硫除尘设备概述
湖南省电力粉煤灰开发有限公司生产的脱硫除尘系统各项技术指标达到国际先进水平。
本设备采用技术成熟的湿法脱硫除尘工艺,不存在设备结垢、堵塞等问题。
公司获得由中华人民共和国建设部颁发的环境工程(废气)专项工程设计乙级资质和国家环保总局颁发的国家重点环境保护实用技术推荐证书。
本设备保证:烟气脱硫除尘后完全可以满足目前国内最高环保排放要求。
EPS脱硫除尘设备设计原则
(1)、严格执行有关环境保护标准和政策,确保锅炉烟气脱硫除尘后达到国家和地方排放标准;
(2)、采用目前国内外成熟、实用的处理工艺,在确保处理效果的前提下,尽可能减少工程投资与运行费用;
(3)、满足锅炉运行需要,并留有较大的灵活性和调节余地,适应锅炉负荷变化;
(4)、节约土地面积,节约水、电、汽的输送成本;脱硫后的烟气由原烟囱排放。在设计时同时考虑到水、液的循环使用。
(5)、力求系统运行稳定、操作简单、维修方便,设计实用、美观、节约,因此,在设备配置上,尽可能在不影响工人操作的情况下缩小间距。
大气污染防治措施
(1)本设备用湿法脱硫工艺,可实现95%的脱硫效率,经脱硫后SO2排放浓度小于Apply,大大低于目前国家排放标准及总量控制要求;
(2)烟尘:采用高效湿法除尘器除尘,除尘效率不低于99%。烟气脱硫同时进行二次除尘,提高除尘效率,粉尘的排放浓度小于100mg/Nm3。
达标要求
EPS脱硫除尘设备执行国家《工业炉窑大气污染物排放标准》(GB9078-1996标准)和《湿式烟气脱硫除尘装置认定技术条件》(HCRJ 012-1998标准),经FS-04规流塔治理后烟气可达到以下技术要求:
烟气含二氧化硫浓度 ≤200mg/Nm3
排放含尘浓度 ≤100mg/Nm3
林格曼黑度 ≤ 1级
我公司EPS脱硫除尘设备系统解决了技术当中存在的阻力大、堵塞等问题,同时解决了节涌、沟流、返混等缺陷。是一项高效、稳定的传质技术。由于其气液接触好,实现了极小空间、更少时间、高效传质的目的。
EPS脱硫除尘设备结构特点
(1)脱硫效率高
EPS脱硫除尘设备工艺技术脱硫效率稳定达到或超过95%。保证了较高的SO2吸收率。加快反应速率,从而达到很高的脱硫效率。
(2)液气比小
EPS脱硫除尘塔液气比为0.5L/m3,EPS脱硫除尘塔的低液气比缘于其特殊的塔型结构。在低液气比条件下产生高的脱硫效率。而且脱硫效率随液气比的增加而增加。
(3)结构简单
EPS脱硫除尘设备解决了因气流变化呈不稳定状态而严重影响除尘脱硫效果的难题,具有结构简单,阻力小等优点。
本系统采用脱硫除尘一体化设备,双循环工艺,脱硫除尘两部分水完全分开,互不干扰,保证了脱硫除尘后的产物综合利用。其系统工艺具有以下特点:
(1) 经济性好
本吸收塔的最大特点就是液气比小,由此而降低了投资成本,降低了运行费用。
(2)系统操作稳定
核心设备结构简单,运行部件使用寿命长,从而确保了EPS脱硫除尘设备的稳定运行。
(3)适应性强
EPS脱硫除尘设备对烟气变化的适应性强,在电厂行业当烟气变化范围为50%~100%时,燃煤硫含量为变化时,其脱硫系统的运行基本不受影响。

General Description of Desulphurization Equipments
Various technical indices of Desulphurization and dust removal system produced by Hunan Electric Fly Ash Development Co., Ltd. have reached internationally advanced level.
The equipment apply wet desulphurization and dust removal process which is mature technology, no equipment fouling and blocking problems existed.
The company has been awarded Environmental Engineering (Waste Gas) Engineering Design Grade B Qualification and National Significant Environmental Protection Practical Technology Recommendation Certificate.
We guarantee that the emitted gas after desulphurization and dust removal is able to meet national highest environmental protection and emission requirements at present.
Design principles of EPS desulphurization and Dust removal equipment
(1) Strictly implement related environmental protection standards and policies to ensure that waste gas after desulphurization and removing dust is able to meet national and local emission standards;
(2) Apply mature and practical process which is mature at domestic and abroad, and endeavor to reduce project investment and operation expenses under the precondition of treatment effects.
(3) Meet the need of operation of boiler, remain larger flexibility and adjustment space to adapt to the boiler load change;
(4) Save the land area, costs for water, power and steam; the flue gas after desulphurization shall be emitted through stack; during design, the recycle and use of water and liquid shall be given consideration.
(5) Try to keep the system stable, operation simple and easy to maintenance; make design practical, elegant and economical. In equipments allocation, reduce spacing in the condition of not affecting workers’ operation.
Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Measures
(1) The equipment applies wet desulphurization process and 95% desulphurization efficiency can be reached. After desulphurization, the concentration of SO2 is lower than 200mg/Nm3, which is largely lower than the national and total quantity control standard.
(2) Smoke dust: Apply high-efficient wet method dust removal to remove dust, and the dust removal efficiency shall not be lower than 99%. During desulphurization of flue gas, carry out secondary removal of dust to enhance dust removal efficiency, and the powder dust emission concentration shall be lower than 100mg/Nm3.
Requirements of meeting standards
For EPS desulphurization equipments, implement national “Emission standard of air pollutants for industrial kiln and furnace” (GB9078-1996 Standard) and “Specifications for Wet flue-gas desulphurization & precipitator device” (HCRJ 012-1998 Standard); after treatment with FS-04 regular flowing tower, the flue gas can meet following technical requirements:
The SO2 concentration in flue gas: ≤200mg/Nm3
The dust concentration in emitted gas: ≤100mg/Nm3
Darkness of Longman: ≤ grade 1
We solved the problems of greater resistance and blocking existing in EPS desulphurization and dust removal equipments; meanwhile, the defects of section surge, channeling and back mix have been solved. What we adopted is an efficient and stable medium transfer technology. Because of excellent gas and liquid touch, the purpose of occupying small space, less time and highly efficient medium transfer can be reached.
Characteristics of EPS desulphurization equipments structure
(1) High desulphurization efficiency
The desulphurization efficiency of EPS desulphurization and dust removal equipments process has reached or exceeded 95%, and the higher SO2 absorption rate can be ensured.
(2) Small liquid and gas ratio
The liquid and gas ratio of EPS desulphurization and dust removal tower is 0.5L/m3; it is because of its special tower structure. Under lower liquid and gas ratio, the higher desulphurization ratio is created; moreover, the desulphurization efficiency will increase with the ascending of liquid and gas ratio.
(3) Simple structure
For EPS desulphurization and dust removal equipments, the problems of low desulphurization and dust removal effect, caused by instable air flow state have been solved. The advantages of simple structure and small resistance have been available.
The system applies desulphurization and dust removal integral equipment with double circulation workmanship, and the desulphurization and dust removal sections are separated with each other completely, without interference, as so, the general utilization of products from desulphurization and dust removal can be ensured. The process of the system has following characteristics:
(1) lower costs
The absorption tower has the characteristics of lower liquid-gas ratio and operation costs;
(2) stable operation
The nucleus equipment has simple structure, and the operation parts have longer duration which can guarantee the stable operation of EPS desulphurization equipments.
(3) strong adaptability
EPS desulphurization and dust removal equipments have stronger adaptability for flue gas change. When flue gas changes within 50%~100%, and the sulfur content is at 0.2%~5%, the operation of desulphurization system will not be affected basically.
EPS desulphurization and dust removal equipment can be provided according to customers’ requirements with necessary flue gas desulphurization and dust removal process which is specially fit for the condition of small area where the renovation project is to be executed.
